1. Tightening
Function------ The pneumatic strapping machine automatically

Function----- Secures the joint through two main methods:
Heat-melt friction bonding-----This is the most common method. The

straps (overlapping sections) at high speed, generating heat to
melt their surfaces. Then, rapid pressure is applied and cooling
occurs, fusing them into a strong bond without the need for metal
fasteners.

The machine handles all the strenuous work (tightening and
locking), and the operator only needs to wrap the straps around the
goods and press a button or trigger. This reduces the physical
exertion of workers.
